Spicy tuna rice bowl

Ingredients

1 cup brown rice, cooked

1 cup lettuce, chopped , torn

3 oz canned tuna packed in water

1 Tbsp sriracha hot sauce

1 Tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar

2 tsp low sodium soy sauce

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

1/4 cup(s) shelled edamame

1 tsp unsalted toasted sesame seeds

10 sheet(s) roasted seaweed snack

Directions

Place the rice in a bowl and top with the lettuce. In another bowl, mix the tuna, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined. Place over the lettuce, along with the edamame. Garnish with the sesame seeds. Serve with the seaweed snacks as garnish or for scooping.
